Larnaca International Airport operates a single, modern passenger terminal that handles all international and domestic flights. The terminal was extensively renovated and expanded in 2009 and 2013, transforming it into a modern, efficient facility.
The terminal features 32 check-in desks, 16 gates (including 7 with jet bridges), and a large duty-free area. It is designed for efficient passenger flow, with check-in counters and security screening located on the ground floor and the departures area on the upper level. The terminal offers a range of passenger amenities including duty-free shops, cafes and restaurants, a business lounge (the Aspire Lounge), free Wi-Fi, and a tourist information desk.
The airport also has a dedicated cargo terminal serving as a key logistics hub for Cyprus and the eastern Mediterranean. A separate general aviation facility is located on the eastern side of the airport.
The airport operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum connection time at LCA is 30–45 minutes for most transfers, as all gates are within the same terminal building.

Getting from LCA to the City
Larnaca International Airport is well connected to Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia, and other cities in Cyprus through several transport options. The airport is located about 4 km southwest of Larnaca city centre.
Express Bus Lines
The airport is served by several express bus lines: Line 425 connects the airport to Larnaca city centre and Kamares area; Line 429 connects to Larnaca and Aradippou; Line 430 connects to Larnaca and Dhekelia Road; Line 440 connects the airport to Nicosia and the capital’s main bus station; and Line 445 connects the airport to Limassol. Buses run every 30–60 minutes from early morning to late evening. The journey to Larnaca city centre takes about 15–20 minutes, to Limassol about 60 minutes, and to Nicosia about 50 minutes. A single ticket costs €1.50 for Larnaca routes, and €4.00–5.00 for intercity routes. Tickets can be purchased from the driver.
Intercity Bus
Intercity buses operated by Intercity Buses connect LCA to Limassol, Nicosia, and Paphos. The Limassol route runs hourly and costs around €4.00. This is the most convenient option for passengers heading to other cities in Cyprus.
Taxi
Official taxis are available 24/7 outside the Arrivals hall. The journey to Larnaca city centre takes about 10–15 minutes and costs approximately €15–20. To Limassol, approximately €60–70. To Nicosia, €50–60. Only licensed taxis should be used. Taxi apps like Bolt and nTaxi are also available.
Ride-hailing
Bolt operates at LCA. Pick-up zones are clearly marked outside the terminal. Prices are usually 20–30% cheaper than official taxis, with fares to Larnaca city centre typically €10–15.
