Salt Lake City International Airport (IATA: SLC, ICAO: KSLC) is the primary commercial airport serving Salt Lake City, Utah, and the surrounding Wasatch Front region. Located approximately 4 miles west of downtown Salt Lake City, SLC is a major hub for Delta Air Lines and serves as a key gateway between the United States and destinations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The airport is owned and operated by the Salt Lake City Department of Airports. SLC opened its original landing field, Woodward Field, on December 21, 1920, making it one of the oldest continuously operating airports in the United States. In 2020, the airport commemorated its 100-year anniversary and opened Phase I of The New SLC — the first new large hub airport to be built in the United States in the 21st century.

SLC operates two passenger concourses — Concourse A and Concourse B — within a modern terminal facility that opened in phases beginning September 2020. The airport is a major hub for Delta Air Lines, which operates hundreds of daily departures and connects Salt Lake City to destinations across the United States, Europe, and Asia. In June 2025, Delta launched the first nonstop flight from SLC to Incheon International Airport in Seoul, South Korea, operated with an Airbus A350-900 in partnership with Korean Air.

Prior to the pandemic, SLC was ranked the 23rd busiest airport in North America and the 85th busiest in the world, handling more than 26 million passengers and over 370 daily departures to 99 nonstop destinations in 2019.
